About the Role:

As a key member of our foundational engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling Wendy's advanced machine learning applications. Your expertise in MLOps, large language models, and image diffusion models will be vital in shaping our products and influencing our company's direction.

In this role, you will:

• Architect and refine the AI-driven engines that bring stories to life
• Create a seamless app journey, from backend logic to polished frontend
• Engage in collaborative ideation with cross-functional teams for continuous innovation
• Enhance our engineering framework with tools and systems designed for efficiency and growth
• Influence the product vision and engineering ethos from the early stages

• 5+ years in the tech field with a robust grounding in CS fundamentals
